What do you want? / Who are you?
Today it’s time for some statistical analysis of this blog. According to WordPress I’ve written 15 posts within 5 categories which got 2 comments (actually it’s only 1). Many people have subscribed the RSS Feed and the most read post is “Google Earth BOINC placemarks” followed by “How to create a skeletal BOINC test project?“. But the most traffic is generated by spam. Over 1,000 comments where eliminated by Akismet since the blog started 6 months ago.
I got many requests via email about BOINC installation and configuration and in most cases I could provide help to you. But what I really want is to know what you want. What do you want to know? Is there something I can improve? Are you happy with the design? Should I post some other stuff too?
A good starting point for me would be to know who is reading this blog. Are you a BOINC project leader or programmer? Are you a BOINC volunteer helping with cpu cycles? Are you just spamming around?
Please submit a comment below if you want to improve this blog. The first who can say where the citation in the heading is from earns my lifelong respect. (If there are problems with comments, please send me a short email.)
