It was just released yesterday and now you can see it in action on this blog. The new WordPress 2.7 – Coltrane! Looking at this page you won’t see a difference but “under the hood” and in the admin section are many new features. The developers changed the look and feel of the admin section a second time in the last six months and created some very usefull and suitable piece of work.

While updating I recognized that the page is somewhat hard to read. I don’t know if it’s my screen resolution or a general problem. I would say that the font size should be larger and/or the space between the lines should be increased to make it more readable. But I don’t like to much line spacing because of the unused white space then. I’m open to your suggestions for that.
