Long time no post but I’m still alive and busy with some coding projects. I’ve aquired my own domain and some webspace as you may noticed. I’d searched for a Content Management System (CMS) for my new website (www.os-tools.net) and found phpComasy, a lightweight, open-source, php driven CMS which I’m now using. Installation and adaption of the template was easy but writeing the content is not so easy. I hope I can publish some more content next week.

Another project I’m still working on is the recoding of a tool I wrote some time ago. I succesfully installed the Visual C++ Express Edition and the Platform SDK to do this. The original tool is written in Visual Basic so I will stick with the User Interface but I have to rewrite the whole “under the hood” stuff. I already explained some of this.

• find a way to politly redirect people and search engines from cb-tools.pytalhost.de/blog to blog.os-tools.net
• fix a wordpress bug where the YouTube code becomes malformed when using the graphical editor
• Update the link section with my netvibes.com list
• Publish the modules programmed for phpComasy
